Disney’s Goofy celebrates his 90th anniversary. Introduced in the 1932 cartoon, Mickey’s Revue, this lovable and joyful feller is one of Walt Disney’s most iconic characters. 

Officially licensed, this 1oz pure silver coin showcases Goofy and his grasshopper friend Wilbur, from the animated short Goofy and Wilbur — the first cartoon which featured Goofy in a solo role! The two friends are displayed in full colour, which contrasts beautifully against the mirror background. Detailed engravings are also added to further enhance the design. To confirm its legal tender status, the effigy of Queen Elizabeth II can be found on the obverse.
